Indication

The Sleep Elixir contains the following Bach Flowers: eleven hour Dame, White Chestnut, Chestnut Red aspen Verbena.

Posology

  • Occasional use (for specific problems), take 4 drops, as the need arises.
  • Use a cure (for chronic conditions or former disturbances) for several weeks, take each day 4 drops mixed in a glass of water or drink, or 12 drops mixed in a bottle.

Composition

Brandy Organic (99.6%) 40% vol, aqueous plant extracts * 0.4% (1/250): Lady of eleven hours (Star of Bethlehem / Ornithogallum umbellatum), White Chestnut (chestnut White / Aesculus hippocastanum) Red Horse Chestnut (chestnut Red / Aesculus carnea), Aspen (Aspen / Populus tremula), Verbena (Vervain / Verbena officinalis).
